USC animation application guide

i usually just dm this link, but i thought i'd make it public for easy access, especially because there's not a lot of info on USC's animation program :P also i just end up repeating a lot of things when people dm about applying (which idm but also i have most of it written up here)

this file is literally just a txt file with a link to a google drive folder bc putting it directly on twt / ig is a little frightening ngl. lol
